Who we are and what this policy covers

Aurora is a talent and branding agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information through aurora.us.com, our SMS/MMS program, and related inquiries and client communications.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, mobile number, email address, inquiry details, client or project information, and communication preferences. For SMS signups, we record the message categories you selected, the consent disclosures displayed, the date and time of your submission, the signup page, and the applicable policy versions.

We also collect limited technical information, including IP-address information, browser/device information, and request logs, to operate the site, prevent abuse, and document consent. If you communicate by text, we and our messaging providers may process message content, sender and recipient numbers, delivery status, and opt-out or help requests.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; provide talent, branding, and client services; coordinate consultations, appointments, and projects; send the types of messages you consented to receive; honor opt-outs; support customers; maintain consent records; secure our systems; and meet applicable legal obligations.

We send marketing texts only with your separate affirmative consent. Providing a number for a service inquiry does not, by itself, authorize marketing texts.

SMS consent and mobile-information sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their independent use.

Mobile numbers, message content, and necessary consent information may be processed by providers acting on our behalf solely to operate and support our messaging program, deliver messages, maintain consent records, and honor opt-outs. These providers are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing. We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in lists or consent to other businesses.

Other limited disclosures

We may disclose information to service providers that host or secure our systems and help us deliver our services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and purpose restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect rights and prevent fraud. The restrictions on mobile information and SMS consent above continue to apply.

Your messaging choices

The signup form has separate, unchecked choices for client updates and marketing texts. You may select either or both. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving agency services.

Reply STOP to an Aurora message to stop texts. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@aurora.us.com. You can also request removal through that email. We will not resume texts after an opt-out unless you provide new affirmative consent.

Cookies and analytics

This signup site does not use advertising pixels, third-party behavioral analytics, or marketing cookies. Our hosting and security systems may keep limited technical logs for reliability and abuse prevention. Links to other sites are subject to those sites’ privacy practices.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, document consent, honor suppression requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Consent and opt-out records may be retained after messaging stops to demonstrate and respect your choices.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS for the site and restricted access to stored records. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Access, corrections, and deletion

You may contact support@aurora.us.com to request access to or correction of your information, deletion where applicable, or information about your privacy choices. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations or to honor an opt-out. Your rights may vary by location.

Age and location

Our SMS program is intended for adults age 18 or older using US mobile numbers. We do not knowingly collect SMS signup information from children under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new effective date. A material change to the scope of SMS consent will not expand your consent automatically; we will obtain new consent when required.
