About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of aurora.us.com and the Aurora SMS/MMS program. Aurora is a talent and branding agency. Questions? Contact support@aurora.us.com.
Any representation, talent, branding, or other paid client engagement is subject to a separate written agreement. This website and its messaging program do not promise representation, bookings, employment, earnings, or specific business results.
Aurora’s SMS/MMS program
Our program offers two independently selected message categories:
- Client & project updates: replies to inquiries, consultation and appointment coordination, talent representation communications, branding project updates, and client-service notices.
- News, opportunities & offers: agency news, talent and branding opportunities, event invitations, promotions, and offers.
Messages identify Aurora as the sender. Depending on the category, messages may be recurring and sent using automated technology.
How you consent
To join, enter your US mobile number at aurora.us.com/opt-in, actively select the message category or categories you want, and click “Join the list.” No SMS consent checkbox is preselected. The disclosures and links to these terms and our privacy policy appear beside the signup choices.
Marketing consent is separate from client-update consent. You may choose either or both. Consent is not a condition of purchase, representation, or agency services. You may contact Aurora by email without joining the text program.
Eligibility and your number
You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Submit accurate information and do not register someone else’s number without authorization. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. The program currently accepts US mobile numbers.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your selected categories, inquiries, projects, appointments, and agency activity. Message and data rates may apply. Aurora does not charge a separate fee to join the SMS program; your wireless provider’s charges and terms may apply. Contact your provider for plan details.
STOP, cancellation, and rejoining
Reply STOP to an Aurora message to cancel texts. We may send one final confirmation of your opt-out; after that, no further program texts will be sent unless you provide new affirmative consent. An opt-out does not cancel a separate client agreement.
To rejoin after opting out, provide new affirmative consent through the signup form or another consent process Aurora makes available. Do not use the signup form to authorize a different person’s number.
HELP and customer support
Reply HELP to an Aurora message for help, or email support@aurora.us.com. You may use the same email for an opt-out request, a number change, or any question about the program.
Privacy and mobile information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or transferred for independent third-party use. Our messaging providers may process information solely on our behalf to deliver and support the program.
Delivery and availability
Message delivery depends on your device, carrier, and network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on this program for emergencies, urgent safety matters, or time-sensitive legal notices.
We may suspend or discontinue the program or adjust its operation. Material changes to the scope of messages will require new consent where applicable.
Website use and intellectual property
Use this website lawfully and do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit abusive or deceptive content, or misuse its forms. Aurora’s original website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and use the site for personal or business inquiries, but may not copy or exploit protected materials without permission.
Limits and applicable rights
The website and messaging program are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aurora is not responsible for losses resulting solely from carrier outages, delayed messages, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Updates do not automatically broaden previously granted SMS consent. Applicable law governs these terms. Contact support@aurora.us.com with questions.
